CRAssociates’ innovative Human Resources program anchors the company's comprehensive medical services capability. Under a variety of contractual arrangements, we staff and manage more than 50 facilities and programs for federal, military, and corporate clients throughout the nation. Our 16-member Human Resources staff is headed by Kathleen Arlinsky, a professional with more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of human resources management. The following features make CRA-staffed healthcare facilities among the best in the United States:

Recruitment
Our recruitment process focuses on local labor markets or expands to
include the region or nation as needed. Outreach tools include
internal databases and Web sites, newspaper ads, professional
publications and job links, direct mail, job fairs, conferences,
military networks, educational institutions, and local employment

Credentialing
CRA guarantees that every employee presented for privileging is
fully credentialed per the position requirements. Skilled personnel
independently verify every element of the applicant’s credentials.
CRA uses a proprietary software tool, Intellicred™, to manage the
process by creating files and timelines, generating correspondence,
and flagging files for timely renewal of licensure and other
credentials.
Retention
Our low-turnover rates reflect a successfully designed retention
plan. We conduct in-depth research for every staffing contract to
establish labor market benchmarks for the required positions. CRA
